 Job Duties / Description:
  • Oversee office administration, accounting functions including job costing, payroll, invoices and payment requests, corporate tax issues, process payment requests, coordinate with the CPA, financial institutions, and bond professionals.
  • Work with design team to analyze various system types, techniques, materials and best application practices to provide the desired value for the project.
  • Produce all estimates from conceptual and/or architectural drawings and provide final GMP.
  • Provide value engineering recommendations from review of drawings and specifications.
  • Advise and counsel with Client to ensure needs are met according to budget and feasibility.
  • Direct construction contract and change orders on behalf of Client.
  • Manage job cost control measures.
  • Prepare outlined specifications, bid packages and oversee entire bid process.
  • Manage subcontractor/vendor award and produce all contract documents.
  • Continually maintain and track subcontractor insurance and bond requirements.
  • Assist in project closeout.

  • Control all safety and risk management processes for Noacon, Inc.
  • Routine jobsite inspections with regard to safety compliance and best management practice.
  • Collect and maintain MSDS databases.
  • Compliance officer for subcontractor based safety programs.
  • Assist with design, project estimation, and value engineering.
  • Review and track all RFI's, ASI's, and RFP's and administer appropriate responses.
  • Direct all change order processes on behalf of the Client.
  • Subcontractor relations.
  • Assist with the preparation of specifications, bid packages and the bid process.
  • Assist with subcontractor/vendor award.
  • Assist in project closeout.
  • Manage warranty program, coordinate all repair issues.

 Job Duties / Description:
  • Assist with accounting functions including job costing, payroll, invoices and payment requests.
  • Assist in project estimating and value engineering.
  • Assist with contract development and purchasing, project performance and budget tracking.
  • Maintain employee payroll documentation, fleet inventory, and service schedules.
  • Design and develop special projects, tasks, and documents.
  • Produce all estimates from conceptual and/or architectural drawings and provide final GMP.
  • Assist in the preparation of outlined specifications, bid packages.
  • Manage subcontractor/vendor award and produce all contract documents.




ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Kathy Borecky
Project Management Assistant 

Experience:
17 years Commercial Construction Experience

Kathy assists with the processing of contract documents, subcontractor payment requests, supplier invoices,
subcontractor and supplier change orders, and all documentation required for federal and state contracts and
reports. She is responsible for producing and maintaining electronic and paper job files.


 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Sandy Darnell
Project Management Assistant

Experience:
3 years Commercial Construction Experience

 

 Sandy, along with the project manager, is responsible for all aspects of the production division of Noacon, Inc.
on all projects. She is responsible for the submittal process, project record documentation, and project
close out documentation. She works closely with the Client/Architect/Engineers to provide and assist with
all necessary documentation & communication throughout and after construction of the project. Sandy is a
primary contact for all subcontractors and vendors on the production side of Noacon, Inc.
